Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the following terms and conditions:

A refund request will be void if:

  • The initial publishing package or manuscript evaluation has been approved.
  • The project is classified as urgent.
  • Cancellation is requested for reasons unrelated to Authors Valley.
  • The client remains unresponsive for more than 2 weeks during the project.
  • Company policies have been violated.
  • Revisions have already been requested or completed.
  • Another company or service provider has been engaged for the same project.
  • The provided creative brief lacks essential details.
  • A complete change of concept or direction has been demanded.
  • A discounted package has been purchased.
  • The refund request exceeds the specified timeframe.
  • The business (author or publisher) closes, changes name, or ceases operation.
  • Reasons such as “change of mind” or “partner disagreement” are provided.

Refunds will not be granted once:

  • Final files (book formatting, cover design, ISBN assignment, or publishing setup) have been delivered.
  • A bundled service is partially completed (refund applies only to the incomplete service, not the bundle).
  • Work has been outsourced to a third-party vendor.
  • Free services or complimentary items (such as promotional designs, sample ISBNs, or marketing extras) have been provided.

Note: Authors Valley reserves the right to hold or reject any project or cancel a contract when deemed necessary. After a refund is issued, you will not retain any rights to the delivered work; all rights will revert to Authors Valley.
